On admission to the Home each patient is allocated a “Named Nurse”. The overall role of the named nurse can be defined as being specifically and consistently responsible for the patient’s overall nursing care.
All our Registered Nurses are expected to have a full knowledge of the patients and to foster good relationships with them and their relatives. In the absence of a specific named nurse, another Registered Nurse will temporarily take responsibility for the patient.
